Fascikulace jsou jednĂm z nepĹĂliĹĄ ÄastĂ˝ch, ale potenciĂĄlnÄ zĂĄvaĹžnĂ˝ch neurologickĂ˝ch symptomĹŻ a mohou se vyskytnout u celĂŠ Ĺady i jinĂ˝ch nemocĂ nebo stavĹŻ. Mohou vznikat mnoha rĹŻznĂ˝ch pĹĂÄin, od metabolickoendokrinnĂch (porucha metabolismu vĂĄpnĂku, hoĹÄĂku, hyperthyreĂłza), pĹes neŞådoucĂ ĂşÄinek farmak (succinylcholin, depolarizujĂcĂ myorelaxans, inhibitory ACHE, salbutamol) aĹž po vĂĄĹžnĂĄ neurologickĂĄ onemocnÄnĂ (ALS/MND, neuropatie, koĹenovĂŠ syndromy). Äasto dĹŻsledkem zvýťenĂŠ nervosvalovĂŠ drĂĄĹždivosti pĹi nadmÄrnĂŠm uĹžĂvĂĄnĂ stimulanciĂ (kofein, tein) Äi Ăşzkosti nĂĄrazovĂŠm fyzickĂŠm pĹetĂĹženĂ. Pokud je stav setrvalĂ˝ neprokĂĄĹžeme pĹĂÄinu fascikulacĂ, lze nĂĄlez oznaÄit jako benignĂ fascikulaÄnĂ syndrom, kterĂ˝ mĂĄ dobrou prognĂłzu.
